A weekly reset for founders with too much to do

A 30-minute routine for choosing what matters and dropping the work that does not.

A busy week can leave important work buried under messages, small requests and unfinished ideas. A short weekly reset helps you decide what deserves attention before Monday starts making decisions for you.

Begin by collecting every open task in one place. Check your calendar, inbox and notes, then remove anything that no longer matters. Move tasks that belong to someone else and write down what you are waiting for.

Choose up to three outcomes for the week. An outcome describes what will be finished, not how many hours you plan to spend. Give each one a place in your calendar before filling the gaps with smaller work.

End by choosing the first task for your next working day. You should be able to start without reopening every list. The goal is not a perfect plan. It is a week with fewer competing priorities and a clearer next move.
